We are certified National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) contractors. The certified Testing and Balancing supervisor on our staff oversees instrument calibration and attends annual recertification seminars.

• Observation of the physical system and performance of its component parts over time, followed by our documentation in a Balancing Report.
• Analysis of substandard system operation, and corrective actions recommended as part of our report.
• Indoor Air Quality, testing and analysis, with gas concentration tests for CO, CO2, formaldehyde, hydrocarbons, ozone, and nitrogen dioxide. We can also send bacteria and mold swabs to outside labs. We troubleshoot the system, pinpoint problems, and perform any required retrofit of VAV boxes, dampers, fans, coils, control devices and ductwork.
