Other Capabilities Welding

We weld parts in the shop and field according to American Welding Society (AWS) standards. We can provide certified procedures and welding technicians if required. Supplementary training and certification is offered through the Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Joint Apprentice Training Center in Philadelphia, which is also an AWS Accredited Weld Test Facility.

We can perform the following welding processes:

• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)
• GAS Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
• Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Plasma Arc Welding

Stainless Steel Finishing Our years of experience working with stainless steel have transformed some of our sheet metal journeymen into artisans. We have the ability to weld and finish stainless steel to meet FDA Pharmaceutical GMP standards, and we routinely meet or exceed customer expectations for architectural stainless steel projects.
