We went out and measured inside the new Tony Luke's inside Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. Tony Luke's needed a commercial grade stainless steel counter top. The countertop ended up being 10'2", which we fabricated in two pieces. We bolted the new counter top to the existing one. We also designed the counter top to have three legs on the front, and a shelf attached to the wall below.
